I started my career at a pharmaceutical company after I graduated from college.  I have  worked in several healthcare settings during my career.

I am married, have 3 adult children, a cat, a dog and many houseplants.

 

The idea for these books started when my kids were young.  My husband and I read our kids bedtime stories nightly.  Many books were entertaining and of course we had our favorite books.  One day after reading a health care article I wondered if I could create a simplified version for my kids to understand.  I wrote 4 books many years ago.  However, the busyness of family, sports, work and other activities took me away from these books.  The internet, and specifically, Smashwords, an e-publishing website helped re-start this dream.
