THE BOOKS

I hope you enjoy these books while learning about diseases.  These books are not intended to give you personal medical advice or provide a diagnosis but simply explain complex topics in a fun and entertaining way.   The books give a very general idea about very complex topics.  They do not depict what exactly is happening but one way you could explain the topic to your children.  I am excited to continue writing health related children's books and hope you look forward to the upcoming books in this series.

This was my most  difficult book to write thus far. Cancer is a very emotional topic.  It can be hard to diagnosis and treat.  The book certainly does not cover all aspects of cancer.  There is a lot we know about cancer yet so much we don't.  However, we are learning more each day.

This short 12 page rhyming children's book gives a very broad overview about teeth. The book briefly covers how to take care of your teeth, the names of your teeth and typically how many teeth you can expect to have as a child and as an adult. You will learn how much toothpaste to use, what type of toothpaste most dentists recommend and how often people typically brush and floss. Also, a tooth has several layers and you will learn the names of three of the layers. All this while keeping a rhyming theme.  This book is not intended to give medical advice, a diagnosis or replace a medical specialist. The goal is to help educate children about teeth.
