It is not too late to get a flu shot.
A flu shot needs to be administered every flu season. The shots can be administered at your doctor's office. Plus many pharmacies now offer flu shots.
The flu shot can also be called the flu vaccination, flu vaccine, flu immunization.
The flu is a shortened name for influenza. Influenza or "the flu" is caused by viruses. Viruses do not respond to antibiotics.
