What is MOOC?

MOOC is an acronym for Massive Open Online Courses.

As the name implies these are online courses. Thousands of people can take a class at one time. Major universities world wide offer MOOCs.

I have taken these classes from University California-Irvine, University of California-San Francisco, University of Manchester just to name a few. Classes have included introduction to guitar, Introduction to Population Health, Diabetes, Growing your Business etc.

The reason I mention MOOC's is because I have learned from this type of education. There are so many classes to choose it is hard to narrow my list down to just one or two classes.
