Are you ready for the
Great American Smoke Out?
The Great American Smoke Out Day is just that; one day that smokers take part in the American Cancer Society Great American Smoke Out.
This day is the 3rd Thursday in November.
Smokers may use this day to make a plan to quit or plan in advance and then quit smoking on this day. Hence the reason I am writing this now in October.
If you are a smoker then consider The Great American Smoke Out Day as your day to quit or a day to renew your commitment to a smoke free life!
