Firework Safety

The July 4th weekend in the U.S is just days away. So I thought this would be a good time to review a few fireworks safety tips from the government website, http://www.cpsc.gov/en/Safety-Education/Neighborhood-Safety-Network/Posters/Fireworks-Injuries/

Do not allow children to play with fireworks.

Do not pick up fireworks that did not ignite.

Do not try to re-light a firework.

Keep water nearby when lighting fireworks. A bucket or hose will work.

Keep your distance from a lit firework.

Ensure fireworks are legal where you are using them.
