November Recap

Hello!

I am so sorry for the long delay in posting another blog since the last entry on November 1. November was quite a busy month. I decided to re-write several books based on feedback from you, the reader. I re-wrote the books on vaccines and sunscreens. Plus I wrote a completely new book on the Celiac Disease. A friend and I were talking one day about gluten-free products. I discovered that not everyone knows why some people need to eat gluten-free foods. So I decided to write a book on Celiac disease-the reason why people need gluten-free foods.

The new books are still rhyming stories but without comparing real life to a make believe story. The feedback I received was that people would prefer just the facts. The books are not illustrated yet but hopefully soon.

Currently the old books are still available on Smashwords but not for long. Also, look for an updated website as well!

Also I’d like to recap some health topics that were highlighted in November. Diabetes and Lung Cancer were in focus last month. As well as healthy skin month. Did you know that skin is the body’s largest organ? Did you even know that skin is an organ?? Did you also know that the 3rd Thursday in November in the Great American Smokeout? A day to highlight the importance of not smoking.
