Hand Washing

I recently stumbled across a website that promotes the importance of hand washing. I think most, if not all, of us know of the importance of washing our hands. So it is wonderful that someone has created a website for this. Henrythehand.com is the website. It appears that Dr. Will Sawyer, an Infection Prevention Specialist has spearheaded this idea.

He lists 4 principles of Hand cleanliness:

1. Wash your hands when they are dirty and always before eating.

2. Do not cough into your hands

3. Do not sneeze into your hands

4. Do not put your fingers into your eyes, nose or mouth, the “T” zone.

I think Henry The Hand is a great way to promote the importance of hand cleanliness. The hands contain a lot of germs that are easily spread. So check out his website:
