National Healthy Skin Month

Do you know what the largest human organ is?

If you guessed your skin then you are correct.

The American Academy of Dermatology has a few tips for keeping your skin in good shape.

1. Wash your face every day and if you exercise. A mild cleanser and luke warm water are the best choices.

2. Use an antiperspirant

3. Choose skin care products that are made for your skin type: oily skin, dry skin or combination skin.

4. Examine your skin on a regular basis looking for new or unusual spots

5. Protect your skin from the sun

6. Moisturize daily
