What is TB???
TB or Tuberculosis is a contagious infection that commonly attacks the lungs. However, it can spread to other parts of your body. In the early 1900s TB was the leading cause of death in the united States. Fortunately we now have antibiotics. However, you must take the medication for 6-9 months.
TB is spread through the air when a contagious person coughs, sneezes, talks, laughs or anytime a small droplet that contains the germ is released.
